This file provides codecs (compression/decompression), including the i263 codec, necessary to properly play the following:

  • Intel Email Postcards
  • Pictureworks NetCard* electronic postcards
  • Video clips created with Intel Scene Recorder and Intel Record Video
Download the file CODINSTL.EXE to a temporary directory on your hard drive. Then in Windows Explorer, double-click on the filename. This will start the install program to install the following codecs on your system:

  • I263_32.DRV
  • IAC25_32.AX
  • IR41_32.AX
  • IR41_QC.DLL
  • IR41_QCX.DLL
  • IR50_32.DLL
  • IR50_LCS.DLL
  • IR50_QC.DLL
  • IR50_QCX.DLL
  • IVFSRC.AX
