Registration ChiliBurner FAQs


Here are the most common questions about registration.




1. I Can't register ChiliBurner. The program says my Activation Key is incorrect.
First, make sure you input the Key correctly. It is better to copy and paste the Key. Second, be sure you are registering ChiliBurner, not any other software. Third, check the version of the program, make sure it is the version you've purchased.


2. When will I receive my purchased program and how will I register it?
You should receive your Activation Key via e-mail in a few minutes after the purchase. To register ChiliBurner you need to download it from our site, install and run it.
To input your Activation Key, choose Help > Activate Software... and copy & paste the Key you were sent.


3. I've just lost my Activation Key. Do I need pay again to get it back?
To receive your personal registration information follow this link or contact our Support Team at support@movavi.com and provide the full and correct personal information you used to place your order: exact e-mail address, Last name, First name, order ID.


4. I input my Activation Key and my name and registered the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not.
To check if you are registered or not, open ChiliBurner and choose Help > About... and check the "Registered to:" field to see if you are registered or not.


5. I want to register the program on stand alone computer, which is not connected to the Internet. Can I do that?
You can install ChiliBurner on this computer, copy your Activation Key from e-mail and input this code to register the program.
You can also order a CD, so you can re-install the program any time from the CD. The CD will be for additional $10
