Here are the most common questions about activation.
1. I can't activate Movavi Video Editor. The program says my Activation Key is incorrect. First, make sure you input the Key correctly. It is better to copy and paste the Key. Second, be sure you are activating Movavi Video Editor, not any other software. Third, check the version of the program, make sure it is the version you've purchased. 2. When will I receive my purchased program and how will I activate it? You should receive your Activation Key via e-mail in a few minutes after the purchase. To activate Movavi Video Editor you need to download it from our site, install and run it. To input your Activation Key, choose Help > Activate Software... and copy & paste the Key you were sent. 3. I lost my Activation Key. Do I need to pay again to get it back? You can contact our Support Team to restore your lost information. 4. I input my Activation Key and my name and activated the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not. To check if you are registered or not, open Movavi Video Editor and choose Help > About... and check the "Registered to:" field to see if you are registered or not. 5. I want to activate the program on a stand alone computer, which is not connected to the Internet. Can I do that? You can install Movavi Video Editor on this computer, copy your Activation Key from e-mail and input this Key to activate the program. |
