The Posterize effect lets you adjust the number of brightness levels in an image. It creates an interesting special effect of large flat areas.

To apply the effect:
Select the Effects tab:
Double click the effect's icon:
OR
Click the effect's icon, drag and drop it into the Preview box.
To adjust the effect settings:
Select the effect's name in the Applied filters box.
In the filter menu window, drag the slider to adjust the amount brightness levels. The smaller is the value, the fewer brightness levels your video will have.
To return to the default values, click Defaults.
