Manual (Offline) Activation of Movavi Software

Thank you for choosing Movavi software.

Manual (Offline) Activation is recommended when the computer on which you installed your Movavi software cannot be connected to the Internet, or when online activation fails.

Although manual activation requires the ability to send and receive e-mails, you can complete this part of the activation process using any computer that can be connected to the Internet, not specifically the one on which you installed the Movavi software.

Step 1.

  • - Launch the Movavi program you purchased.
  • - On the main menu choose Help --> Activate Software.
  • - When the Activation Wizard starts, click Next to continue.



    Step 2.

  • - Enter the activation key you received when you purchased your Movavi software into the corresponding box in the Activation Wizard dialog box.
  • - Choose Offline Activation.
  • - Click Next.



    Step 3.

    To complete this step, you will need to send us an e-mail containing some specific information; follow the instructions below to do this. Once you've sent us the information, you will receive an e-mail from us with your registration key, which you can then use to complete the registration process.

    Note that you can complete this step using any computer connected to the Internet (not necessarily the computer on which you installed your Movavi software).

  • - Click Copy to copy all the required information (Activation key, Hardware ID, and Product ID) from the Activation Wizard dialog box to the clipboard. To save the information as a file, click Save.
  • - Paste the information into your e-mail and send it to Movavi at reg(at)movavi.com

    To ensure a fast response from the activation server, please do not alter the information in the message body or subject field.

    After your information is processed, you will receive an e-mail with your registration key. Please allow up to one hour for this step.

    Step 4.

  • - Copy the registration key from the e-mail into the corresponding box in the Activation Wizard dialog box.
  • - Enter your registration name into the corresponding box.
  • - Click Next to submit the information.



    Step 5.

    On completion of the activation process, you should see a message confirming that your Movavi program has been successfully activated.

  • - Click Finish to close the Activation Wizard.
