Movavi Affiliate Policy

This Movavi Affiliate Policy applies to your participation in the Movavi Affiliate Program. By joining the Movavi Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Movavi Affiliate Policy and the Affiliate Program Operating Agreement available at Affiliate Program Operating Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Affiliate Program Operating Agreement.

By submitting your application and by your use of the Movavi Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all of the terms and restrictions set out in this Movavi Affiliate Policy.

PLEASE READ THIS MOVAVI AFFILIATE POLICY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS MOVAVI AFFILIATE POLICY, YOU MAY NOT APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION OR PARTICIPATE IN THE MOVAVI AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

  1. Affiliates must use the same pricing and discounts as provided on the official Movavi website. Affiliates may not offer additional coupons, bonuses, or incentives to their customers without specific written consent from Movavi.
  2. Affiliates may use promotional graphics and materials explicitly provided by Movavi for this purpose, or create their own graphics and text materials to promote Movavi software, provided that all such materials strictly comply with advertising standards and applicable laws and regulations. 
  3. Affiliates should not use “Movavi”, “Movavi.com”, “Movavi Official” or similar words in such a way that users may be misled as to the ownership of Movavi software and brands.
  4. Affiliates should not use the Movavi trademarks specified in the List of Movavi trademarks, Movavi name, phrases “Movavi Video Converter” and “Movavi Video Suite”, Movavi brands, domain names or misspellings or variations of the foregoing (i) in violation of the Movavi Trademark Guidelines; (ii) as keywords when creating ads on any search engine and/or site; (iii) in the domain name of their websites; (iv) within a link placed in the advertisement or use links and redirections leading to www.movavi.com or other official Movavi websites while conducting advertising campaigns on any search engine and/or site.
  5. Affiliates should always add “movavi” and other Movavi trademarks specified in the List of Movavi trademarks as negative keywords while creating advertising campaigns on any search engine and/or site.
  6. Affiliates may only offer discounts and use coupons provided by the Movavi Affiliate Program.
  7. No coupon sites or services may participate in the Movavi Affiliate Program, unless explicitly agreed to by Movavi.
  8. Affiliates should not promote Movavi products on Google Shopping, Yandex Market, Bing Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, Taboola, Adriver, DV360, Outbrain, Criteo and Mercado Libre, in any form.
  9. Affiliates should not build and submit to other websites their custom modified versions of Movavi products that incorporate their affiliate links.
  10. Affiliates should not redistribute Movavi products in any way without written permission from Movavi.
  11. Affiliates must not use the Movavi Affiliate Program for any illegal, misleading, or unauthorized purpose. While participating in the Movavi Affiliate Program, Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not violate or infringe upon any third-party rights, including, without limitation, any privacy, data protection, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.
  12. Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Movavi (such as earning a commission, receiving free products, or other financial benefits) whenever promoting our products or services, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines (including, where applicable, U.S. FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising). Disclosures must be explicit, easy for users to notice and understand, and placed immediately prior to or adjacent to the relevant recommendation, content, or affiliate link.
  13. International traffic is allowed with the exception of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, Movavi cannot transfer funds for international traffic from partners located (registered) in Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
  14. Direct linking (Use of Display URL) is not allowed.
  15. If Payoneer or PayPal is chosen as the primary payment method, payment will come from Movavi Software Inc (US company).
  16. Fees and commissions levied by payment systems (except for wire transfer) will be deducted from the Affiliate side.
  17. Affiliates must correct any violation of the above conditions within 48 hours of notification by Movavi of such violation. All rights reserved by Movavi. 
  18. Movavi may modify this Movavi Affiliate Policy at any time by posting the updated version on the Movavi website. The revised policy will become effective immediately after Movavi posts the updated text on the Movavi websites. If you are participating in the Movavi Affiliate Program after such date, such participation will constitute acceptance of the latest version of this Movavi Affiliate Policy.

Should any condition of the Movavi Affiliate Policy be violated by the Affiliate, Movavi reserves the right, at its own discretion, to reduce Affiliate commission and/or remove Affiliate from the program.
