Policy for the support lifecycle of Movavi products purchased on lifetime license terms

This document establishes the Policy for the support lifecycle of Movavi products. You can view the list of Movavi products and their support periods above.

The terms and conditions apply to one version of a product. Product updates that significantly enhance and/or complement the product’s features (major updates) are another version of the product and, for the purposes of this Policy, are regarded as a separate product.

“Movavi” means Movavi Software Limited and its affiliates.

The articles of this Policy apply to Movavi products purchased on lifetime license terms and do not govern the purchase of Movavi products on subscription terms.

The lifecycle of Movavi products includes three phases:

General Availability The Sales Phase, which is the period from the product’s Release Date to the product’s End-of-Sales Date. In this period, users are provided with full support and maintenance as well as product updates, which fix critical errors and insecurities and insignificantly enhance and/or complement the product’s features (minor updates). New versions of the product (major updates) must be purchased by the user for an additional fee.
End of Sales (EOS) The Support Phase, which is the period from the product’s End-of-Sales Date to the product’s End-of-Support Date. Support is provided to the user by providing earlier released minor updates of the product or giving recommendations, which were developed for addressing similar issues earlier. For the product to function correctly, the user may be required to update the product to the latest version.
End of Life (EOL) The End-of-Life Phase, which is the period after the product’s End-of-Support Date. In this period, support is normally not provided to the users but may be provided at request when technically possible.

The product support terms and conditions for corporate customers shall be governed by their license agreements and may differ from these terms and conditions.

The user’s operating system may be incompatible with the latest versions of Movavi products. In this case, it is recommended that an earlier version of the program is used. The operating system requirements are indicated in product descriptions and associated documents.

This Policy may be altered by Movavi at any time. Please check the Policy regularly to see if there are any changes in its terms and conditions.
