  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Note: If necessary, click the magnifier icons to see the screenshots.

    1. Click your account icon in the upper right corner and select My Account. Account
    2. Go to Your Subscription and click Manage My Account. Your Subscription
    3. Click Cancel My Account. Cancel My Account
    4. Answer the questions. Then, on the cancellation page that opens, check the box "I confirm that I am canceling my subscription". Choose the cancellation reason in the Reason field and click Cancel My Subscription. Cancel My Account

  • How do I download videos?

    Go to the page with the video you want to download. You'll see the Download button to the right of the player. This button will be active once you register a trial account.

  • What formats are videos available in?

    The Storyblocks Video footage is available in either MP4 or MOV; some files are available in both formats.

  • Can I use the Storyblocks Video content in Movavi programs?

    Yes, you can. There are more than 830,000 video clips and motion backgrounds in their Member Library as well as HD stock footage clips all of which you can use in Movavi programs.

  • Do I have to pay a royalty to use the downloaded content in my projects?
