Terms and Conditions for Movavi discounts and coupons

These Terms and Conditions apply to discounts and coupons offered by Movavi from time to time. The types of offers and promotions offered by Movavi from time to time may change.

• The use of Movavi discounts and coupons constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your use of the discounts and coupons and purchase of the applicable product or service are subject to, and must comply with, the Movavi Software End User License Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Only the user who received the discount or coupon from Movavi is eligible to benefit from the discount or coupon.
• To use a coupon, you should either enter the coupon code where indicated during the checkout process or click the link provided by Movavi with the coupon.
• A product discount is applied automatically during the checkout process when you buy a product eligible for a discount.
• Any refund you may be entitled to receive subject to our Refund Policy will not include any associated discounts and/or coupons. In the event of any refund, you will receive no more than the amount you actually paid towards the purchase price of the refunded product or service.
• Only one coupon can be used per customer.
• The discounts and coupons apply to new purchases only and are valid for one purchase only.
• The coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred, copied, sold, or otherwise offered, or combined with other offers (unless otherwise stated on the Movavi website).
• The offer is void where prohibited by law.
• With regard to subscriptions, the discount and/or coupon will be applied only to the first period of your subscription. At the end of the first paid period, your subscription will be automatically billed at the standard subscription rate in effect at the time of your purchase, unless you change or cancel your subscription. • The expiration date of each offer is indicated at the point of sale or within the promotion materials.

• Movavi reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue promotions and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will not apply to purchases already completed or coupons already activated.
