This problem might be fixed if you:

  • Install the most recent version of Movavi software. Please check for updates.
  • Install the new version of Codec Pack:

  • Give file a short name which contains no unreadable symbols;
  • Locate output folder on a local hard drive with enough free space to store output files.

Note! We can not fix the problem if the original video is corrupt.
