Get the new Movavi Video Editor 2025
Add your footage
Place your video on the timeline, then open the Effects Packs tab and select the Action Scene Pack.
Drop in the Laser effect
Hover over the pack, click Pack Info, and choose Special Effects. Drag and drop the Laser effect onto a track above your video.
Track the motion with AI
Click the fx icon, go to the Motion tracking tab, place the tracking frame on your object, select the AI tracking method, and hit Track. Rotate the laser.
