When editing a photo, you sometimes need to accentuate certain parts and deemphasize the rest. One of the most effective ways to do this is to blur a part of an image. When you blur parts of a photo and leave the rest untouched, you draw the viewer’s attention to the part that’s still in focus.
The blurring effect can be easily applied to an image with the help of Movavi Photo Editor. To learn how to blur out a part of a picture with our Photo Editor, read this guide.

To blur something in a picture, you first need to specify the part you want to apply the effect to. This is where the selection tools come in.
